OHS ON-SITE AUDIT

An on-site safet audit consists of 6 sections:
1. Document audit
2. Physical site walk through
3. Photographic evidence
4. Safety products identified for corrective measures
5. Safety signage identified for corrective measures
6. Summary order form for all of the above deviations

  • Duration

    Typically the duration of an on-site audit is 2 - 4 hours depending on the size of the site being audited.

    Note that there is an ad hoc hourly fee of R695.00 p/h after 4 hours.
